Welcome to Tir na Fiuise, a tranquil haven a mere stone's throw from beautiful Lough Derg.

Tir na Fiuise self-catering holiday cottages are in an idyllic rural setting just 2 km from Terryglass village in Ireland's Shannon region.

Our cottages, each with its unique personality, offer an opportunity to unwind and relax surrounded by our organic farmland with only the sounds of the countryside for company.

The Granary, Stables, Lime Kiln, Brambles and Hawthorn are perfect for couples of any age and for families looking for a self catering holiday; all cottages are individually designed and decorated in the traditional style using natural materials.

Online bookings are Saturday to Saturday, however we can accept other possibilities! Just email us if you want alternative arrival or departure dates.

The Granary

A four-star rated retreat; the perfect base for couples seeking peace and tranquillity. When the stove is lighting, candles burning and the curtains drawn, you won't want to leave! ( details )

The Stables

This two-bedroom stone cottage is beautifully restored with three-star rating, designed for small families or two couples. Enjoy a home cooked meal on the private, walled patio and enjoy the fresh country air. ( details )

The Lime Kiln

A four-star rated; traditional-style cottage; its two large bedrooms make it ideal for larger families or groups. Start the day slowly with the morning sun flooding through the living area. ( details )

The Brambles

The Brambles is available as a 1 bedroom cottage. It has a bright and airy interior with white wooden ceilings, timber floors and has a large bathroom with walk in shower.
It can sleep 1 or 2 people sharing. ( details )

The Hawthorns

The Hawthorn is available as a one bedroom or two bedroom option. It catches the morning sun and is bright and airy with an athmosphere that can only result from careful design and attention to detail. Guests can choose from having one bedroom with either a king size double bed or two singles, or alternatively, it is available with two bedrooms. ( details )
